Quattro Gastronomia Italiana Opening April 9th

April 9^th will mark the highly anticipated opening of Northern Italian restaurant Quattro Gastronomia Italiana at 246 Spring Street in Hudson Square.  Chefs Fabrizio and Nicola Carro, twin brothers from Alessandria, Italy, first opened Quattro in Miami’s South Beach to critical acclaim.

The cuisine will focus on locally sourced produce and fresh seasonal offerings.  The restaurant will open featuring Burrata Fresca, Tagliatelli Con Ragu D’Agnello and many other dishes.
