Children’s Museum of the Arts families are invited to enjoy a private guided tour of Women & the American Story at the New-York Historical Society on Saturday, April 16.
This event is free for CMA members; non-members are welcome to join for $10 per attendee. Group size is limited and advance registrations are encouraged.
As the flagship educational initiative of the New-York Historical Society’s Center for Women’s History, Women & the American Story highlights the women artists and activists who shaped 400 years of American history. Members will also enjoy access to Black Dolls, a new exhibition that explores handmade cloth dolls made primarily by African American women between 1850 and 1940 through the lens of race, gender, and history.
Proof of vaccination and masks are required.
