~Pakistani author, actor, and director Rasti Farooq is one of these. She is a rising talent on stage and screen who has appeared in many acclaimed short films and Pakistani plays over the past ten years, including Tabish Habib’s MAY I HAVE THIS SEAT and Saim Sadiq’s LETTERS OF MIKAEL MUHAMMED.
~Ali Junejo is an author, producer, and actor from Pakistan. He most recently received the Palm Springs Film Festival’s “Best Actor in an International Feature” honor. For almost 20 years, Ali has been developing his art in the Pakistani theater scene. With performances by actors like Beckett, Mamet, and Shaffer, as well as a few original plays, some of which he wrote and produced.
