Diego Joaquin Ramirez is an Irish-born drummer currently based in NYC.
He has been mentioned in the NY Times, performed on NPR Tiny Desk, and has performed with many notable artists including Marc Cary, Melanie Charles, Jeremy Pelt, Wayne Tucker, Endea Owens, Cyrille Aimee, and Grace Kelly.
He leads a trio with vibraphonist Joe Doubleday, and bassist Tamir Shmerling, playing a mixture of original compositions, improvised pieces, and standards from the Great American Songbook.
