Event Details:

WHO: New York City Fire Museum

WHAT: Annual Santa Rescue

WHERE: New York City Fire Museum, 278 Spring Street, New York, NY 10013

WHEN: Sunday, December 3, 2023, at 12 pm sharp

WHY: To support the Fire Museum’s fire safety education programming

At precisely 12 pm on Sunday, December 3, an FDNY ladder truck will undertake a daring mission to rescue Santa Claus, who will be perched on the roof of the New York City Fire Museum. This exciting spectacle pays homage to the bravery of our fire service heroes and their commitment to the community.

Once Santa is safely back on solid ground, he will be available inside the Museum to listen to gift requests and pose for photos. The good news is that you can witness this heartwarming rescue for free from outside the Museum. If you’d like to sit with Santa and share your holiday wishes, admission is available at a nominal fee of $20 per person (for both adults and children).

For your convenience, advance tickets to sit with Santa can be purchased HERE.
