Pine & Polk has teamed up with Mona Lipson, to exclusively sell her mouthwatering products in the shop. Miss Mona Makes Ice Cream is not only delicious, but a “Community Supported Treats” program. Through her ingredients and mix-ins, she’s always highlighting and promoting local makers, bakers, and other small and growing businesses, just like Pine & Polk.Come by from 11:00am till the warm summer night and satisfy your sweet tooth. You’ll get to taste flavors like A Toast to Brooklyn, featuring (gluten free) chunks of blackout blondie trims from Blondery, and A Party in a Pint, highlighting Chana’s Bakery tie dye rainbow cake donuts.
30% of the proceeds of each sale will be donated to the Newtown Action Alliance, an organization dedicated to reversing the escalating gun violence epidemic in this nation through the introduction of smarter, safer gun laws and broader cultural change.
