Calling all artists! Have you ever noticed murals on buildings as you walk around your neighborhood? Do you wonder what it might it be like to have your own art on the side of a building?
In partnership with ArtBridge, CMA is proud to present a mural by artist Tomashi Jackson, which will be installed on the exterior of 550 Washington Street in Manhattan in early Summer 2021. Join CMA Teaching Artists to create your own art inspired by Jackson’s work, and have a chance for it to be included on this building!
Hudson Square BID has partnered with the Children’s Museum of the Arts to host an open air art studio and gallery as part of the Reconnect Series. Join us on Saturdays in June for music on Little 6th Avenue and art projects on Dominick Street Saturday’s from 11-3pm.
