New York City guitarist Jason Green is a roots music tour de force. His exciting eclectic blend of Blues, Jazz, Latin, and Bluegrass is highly entertaining.
He has traveled the world performing his brand of Jazz and Blues playing top festivals and clubs all over the continental US, Canada, Europe, Japan and Australia. Jason has worked and toured with some major national blues and jazz artists as well as some of the New York area’s top roots bands.
Marcus Milius is one of NYC’s rising stars of the blues. He is a virtuoso on the Harmonica, playing in both the popular “cross harp” styles of blues and country as well as the chromatic harmonica often found in Jazz and Classical music. Marcus is a first call for many of NY’s top Trad Jazz groups. The combination of Jason’s dazzling guitar work and Marcus’s virtuosic harmonica skills is a musical event not to be missed.
Jason and Marcus are a part of the Reconnect Series. The Reconnect series features music and an outdoor art gallery/studio on Tuesdays from 12:30pm-2pm and Thursdays from 6pm-7pm, on Little 6th Avenue and Dominick Street.
