Dear Neighbors,
On behalf of the development team at St John’s Terminal, we are writing to you regarding upcoming construction activities occurring at 550 Washington Street between Spring St and Clarkson Streets, and between Washington and West Streets.
This is part of our ongoing effort to maintain communication between the project team and the community, and to provide construction look-ahead updates to notify our neighbors and the community about activities occurring at the site and any potential impacts they may have on the community.
Grading work continues for the North lot between West Houston and Clarkson Streets, and between Washington and West Streets. The North sidewalk on West Houston Street (between Washington Street and West Street) will remain open to pedestrians for the remainder of the project. The South sidewalk on West Houston St continues be closed to the public.
The off-hour work on the building south of Houston St is scheduled as follows:
Weekend Sat 12/14 – Sun 12/15
- Sat 12/14 – 7AM – 7PM – No additional street closures
- Sun 12/15 – No Work
Week of 12/16
- Mon 12/16-Fri 12/20 – 6pm-11:30pm(2nd shift) – No additional street closures.
Weekend Sat 12/21 – Mon 12/22
- Sat 12/21 – 7AM – 7PM – No additional street closures anticipated
- Sun 12/22 – No work anticipated
