This September, Shake Shack opened their Innovation Kitchen space at 226 Varick. The Hudson Square flagship location contained the first-ever, state-of-the-art kitchen for testing and tasting new menu items! Shake Shack also announced they would release the kitchen’s first new product: Chick’n Bites, crispy pieces of hand-breaded chicken breast, servced with your choice of BBQ or Honey Mustard sauce.
