Construction
Hudson Square continues to experience a significant uptick in construction. We track NYC Department of Buildings permits and communicate regularly with developers to receive updates and discuss conditions relevant to the BID, our projects and our constituents. We notify property managers, building owners, ground-floor retailers, and residents of construction work that may affect them and their tenants. Construction is forging ahead, signifying Hudson Square’s sustained growth and vibrancy.
