In 2012, we launched Hudson Square Is Now, our $27 MM streetscape plan. From planting new trees to installing new bike racks and benches, our plan is underway and transforming the neighborhood. Implementation of the plan of the master plan is nearing completion, with the last project commencing construction in 2020.
The Plan is the result of a collaboration between our world-class planning team and people with a stake in the community. By implementing these initiatives, we will improve traffic flow, create open spaces, bring green to our streets and make Hudson Square a place for people (not just cars!). The idea behind the plan is to make the neighborhood we all love an even better place to create, imagine and do amazing things.
